We don't keep roasted coffee sitting on a shelf. When your order comes in, your beans are roasted, packed, and sent on their way from our roastery in Costa Rica.
That means the wait is real: from roasting to your doorstep, expect around 5 weeks. It's much slower than next-day delivery, and that's deliberate. What arrives is coffee at its peak, not something that's been sitting in a warehouse for months.
