We’re incredibly lucky to be right in the heart of the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the five famous Blue Zones in the world, where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Every single bag of our coffee is grown here in Costa Rica, in the beautiful mountains of Hojancha, Nicoya, and Santa Cruz. Our trees thrive between 800 and 1,100 meters above sea level, nestled under the natural shade of trees thanks to our agroforestry practices. It’s this unique combination of volcanic soil, perfect altitude, and pure Blue Zone energy that gives our coffee its vibrant character and smooth, soul-warming taste.

Heart of the Blue Zone
We are located in the heart of the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s five Blue Zones. Our coffee is 100% grown in the mountains of Hojancha, Nicoya and Santa Cruz, at 800–1,100 meters altitude, under natural shade thanks to agroforestry practices.
Sustainable Coffee
We are deeply committed to caring for the land that gives us this coffee. For future generations, we protect the soil, preserve biodiversity, and drastically reduce chemical use through the NAMA program. Over the next three years, we aim to make our entire production as natural as possible. Though challenging, we believe it’s the right path. By choosing our coffee, you support truly sustainable and responsible production.
The Roots Run Deeper
Our operations lies just 4 km from the Matambú Reserve, home of the Chorotega indigenous community. They work alongside us as producers, artisans and employees. Our Midnight Cacao coffee is inspired by their ancestral traditions, resulting in a unique preparation with distinctive wine notes, a true tribute to their heritage.
Fair Price for Producers
We are more than just an economic activity. Our cooperative unites 192 small coffee producers, most caring for 3 to 4 hectares. We ensure they receive a fair, remunerative price that supports a good quality of life, while reinvesting in the community through school renovations, clean drinking water projects, and local social initiatives.
